So what’s a knoodle to do? Research. All kinds of research. Primary. Secondary. Whatever it takes to gain true insight into your marketing situation. We also find listening to be a productive skill as we educate ourselves on your brand and product or service. This all takes time. But it’s time well spent. Because we’re acting less on assumptions and more on an actual picture of the marketing reality we must confront.
